Your adventure begins with a warm welcome in Kigali. Opt for a cultural immersion at the Kigali Genocide Memorial or local markets before heading to the Virunga Mountains. Settle into your lodge with views of the volcanic peaks, ready for tomorrow’s gorilla encounter.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes NP

• Evening: Share stories around the fire

Trek through misty forests with rangers to find a habituated gorilla family. Witness silverbacks grooming, juveniles wrestling, and mothers nursing—all while learning about conservation efforts. The trek’s duration varies, but the reward is unforgettable.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking & Return to Kigali
