Day 1: Nile Source & Sunset Walk
- Departure: Kampala → Jinja (Source of the Nile)
- Key Activities:
- Boat ride to the Nile’s starting point (Lake Victoria)
- Scenic drive to Sipi Falls (Kapchorwa)
- Sunset walk with views of Karamoja plains & Mt. Elgon
After pickup, head to Jinja for a boat trip to witness where the Nile begins its 6,650km journey. Lunch in Jinja, then drive through rural landscapes to Sipi Falls. Cap the day with a sunset walk to a plateau overlooking waterfalls and vast plains.

Day 2: Hiking & Coffee Tour
- Morning: Hike to Sipi’s 3 waterfalls
- Afternoon: Arabica coffee tour
Trek through lush slopes to explore Sipi’s three-tiered waterfalls, passing coffee and banana farms. Later, dive into the coffee-making process—from planting to brewing—with local farmers. Taste freshly roasted Ugandan coffee!

Day 3: Pian Upe Game Drive & Return
- Dawn game drive in Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve
- Return via Mbale (lunch stop)
Early breakfast, then descend to Pian Upe, Uganda’s second-largest reserve. Spot zebras, giraffes, elands, and ostriches in this untouched wilderness. Drive back to Kampala, stopping for lunch in Mbale.
